The Sales Supervisor will manage Van Sales and Van Delivery teams, ensure effective route execution, drive sales performance, and support daily distribution operations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise and coach Van Sales & Delivery Representatives
Monitor sales performance, conduct field visits, and provide feedback
Train teams on product knowledge, selling skills, and customer service
Coordinate inventory, routes, and promotions with Sales Manager
Report competitor activities and market trends.
Requirements
HND / BSc in Business, Marketing, or related discipline
Minimum of 3 years’ sales experience with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory role
Strong leadership, communication, and performance management skills
