Decription

• Our Client needs young, vibrant Marketing Managerto join the Team as part of their expansion programme. It is expected that the prospective candidate has knowledge of Real Estate.

Responsibilities

• Generate sales of properties with existing and new prospective clients


• Develop and increase sales by following up on potential clients through inspections, sending cold emails, calls etc


• Develop innovative ideas to boost sales using social media platforms


• List details of properties for sale on all company’s marketing platforms


• Develop, establish, and maintain market strategies to meet organizational objectives.

Requirements

• A BSc in Estate Management or Business Administration, at least 3years post graduate experience in the Real Estate Sector as a Marketing Staff.


• Excellent communication skills


• ⁠Applicants must reside within Lekki or Ajah axis.
