Job Responsibilities
Identifying & establishing new business with corporate customers & maintaining the relationship for long-term prospects.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through regular visits, networking, social media, or other business leads.
Generating inquiries & regular follow-up with customers by negotiation & closing deals.
Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs.
Collaborate with the sales manager & other team members to achieve better results.
Sending reports daily for sales visits & sales calls.
Develop and implement sales strategies.
Ability to make sales and negotiate.
Ability to persuade and influence others.
Build and nurture client relationships.
Conduct market research.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Working towards monthly or quarterly targets.
Job Requirements
Bachelor's Degree: A bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Equivalent work experience will also be considered.
Experience: 5-7 years of successful sales experience in the raw materials industry will be preferred. Experience in B2B corporate sales is highly desirable.
Industry knowledge: In-depth understanding of raw materials, their applications, and the industries they serve. Familiarity with market dynamics, pricing models, and competitor analysis within the industry.
