The Sales Order & Fulfillment Officer is responsible for managing customer orders from receipt through delivery, ensuring accurate processing, timely fulfillment, and clear communication with both internal teams and clients.
This role plays a key part in maintaining customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Process and manage sales orders accurately and efficiently
Coordinate order fulfillment, scheduling, and delivery with internal teams
Liaise with customers regarding order status, timelines, and documentation and follow up till payment is made
Ensure all orders comply with company procedures and quality standards
Maintain accurate records of orders, invoices, and delivery documentation
Work closely with Warehouse, Marketing teams to ensure effective delivery systems
Handle customer queries and provide professional after-sales support
Carry out periodic customer satisfaction surveys
Maintain adequate data base of company’s customers and clients
Requirements
2 to 3 years of experience in Health product sales (Pharmaceutical products, IVF products, Medical devices, Diagnostics etc)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Ability to manage multiple orders and deadlines simultaneously
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and order management systems
Customer-focused mindset with a problem-solving attitude.
