  • We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR administrative manager to join our ambitious Human Resources dream team!

  • If you are passionate about HR operations and you would like to give your contribution to creating a great company culture, this is the right position for you.

  • Your job will be to provide support to the work of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks.

  • In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business's employees, but you will also be involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.


Responsibilities



  • Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.

  • Forming and maintaining employee records

  • Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave

  • Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides

  • Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance

  • Communicating with external partners

  • Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover

  • Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries

  • Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken

  • Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.

  • Maintaining a schedule and coordinating calendar activities.

  • Assisting recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.

  • Answering telephone calls and providing needed information.

  • Creating reports for senior management

  • Helping to organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.


Requirements



  • Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.

  • Must be resident in Abuja

  • Certification in human resources, the management or similar.

  • Proven experience in an HR role.

  • Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices.

  • The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.

  • Must be approachable and helpful.

  • Strong critical thinking skills.

  • Good ethical judgment.

  • Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software.

  • Excellent organizational and time-management skills.

  • Data-driven mindset

  • Experience with recruitment marketing.


Salary

N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
