- We are looking for a hardworking and reliable HR administrative manager to join our ambitious Human Resources dream team!

- Your job will be to provide support to the work of the HR department by performing a variety of tasks.
- In this position, your primary duty will be to collect and manage all data pertaining to a business's employees, but you will also be involved in the recruiting, hiring, and training of new employees.
Responsibilities
- Processing internal arrangements such as travel, training sessions, and team-building events.
- Forming and maintaining employee records
- Updating databases internally, such as sick and maternity leave
- Preparing and amending where necessary HR documents, i.e. employment contracts and recruitment guides
- Reviewing and renewing company policies and legal compliance
- Communicating with external partners
- Reporting regularly on HR metrics, such as company turnover
- Being the first point of contact for employees on any HR-related queries
- Assisting with payroll by providing the department with relevant employee information, i.e. holiday and sick days taken
- Setting up interviews and corresponding with prospective employees in a timely manner.
- Maintaining a schedule and coordinating calendar activities.
- Assisting recruiters in posting job ads on careers pages and processing received resumes.
- Answering telephone calls and providing needed information.
- Creating reports for senior management
- Helping to organize and manage new employee orientation, onboarding, and training programs.
Requirements
- Interested candidates should possess a Master's Degree with 2 - 5 years work experience.
- Must be resident in Abuja
- Certification in human resources, the management or similar.
- Proven experience in an HR role.
- Excellent telephone, verbal, and written communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of labour laws and practices.
- The ability to keep sensitive information confidential.
- Must be approachable and helpful.
- Strong critical thinking skills.
- Good ethical judgment.
- Ability to effectively use computer software including Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and HR software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Data-driven mindset
- Experience with recruitment marketing.
Salary
N100,000 - N150,000 Monthly.
