Education

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or a related discipline.


• Professional accounting qualification (ICAN, ACCA, or CPA) is mandatory.


• Master’s degree (MBA or MSc in Finance) is an added advantage.

Experience:

• Minimum of 13 years’ post-qualification experience in finance, accounting, or treasury management.


• At least 5 years in a senior management or executive role within mortgage banking or financial services.


• Proven experience in financial planning, mortgage portfolio management, regulatory reporting, and capital management.

Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of CBN regulations, mortgage banking operations, and IFRS reporting standards.


• Demonstrated expertise in liquidity management, asset-liability management, and cost optimization.


• Ability to manage complex financial structures, mortgage-backed assets, and credit risk exposures.


• Excellent analytical, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.


• High integrity, transparency, and strong commitment to corporate governance and ethical standards.
