Job Description

• Our clientis looking for an experienced Production Manager to oversee garment production, manage tailors, ensure quality standards, and improve productivity across operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise tailors and production staff


• ⁠Ensure quality control and timely delivery


• ⁠Improve productivity and optimize resources


• ⁠Enforce production processes and standards

Person Specifications

• BSc / HND in Fashion Design or related field


• ⁠Minimum 4 years’ experience in fashion production (with supervisory/managerial role)


• ⁠Strong hands-on knowledge of tailoring, garment construction & fabrics


• ⁠Ability to manage tailors, enforce discipline, and meet production timelines


• ⁠Quality-focused, detail-oriented, and process-driven.
