Major Responsibilites




  • Provide technical support for all staff (systems, software, hardware, and networking).

  • Monitor, maintain, and troubleshoot company networks, internet connectivity, and internal systems.

  • Manage and update the e-commerce website backend and ensure smooth online operations.

  • Install, configure, and upgrade software, applications, and devices.

  • Oversee data backup, cybersecurity measures, and IT policies.

  • Maintain inventory of IT equipment and ensure timely repair or replacements.

  • Support digital payment systems, POS machines, and platform integrations.

  • Collaborate with other departments to improve workflow through technology.

  • Monitor system performance and implement improvements where needed.



Requirements




  • HND / BSc in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field.

  • 2–4 years experience in IT support or related roles (experience in e-commerce is an added advantage).

  • Strong knowledge of computer systems, networks, and troubleshooting.

  • Good understanding of e-commerce platforms, CMS, and online tools.

  • Basic knowledge of database management and web operations.

  • Familiarity with cybersecurity practices.

  • Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

  • Ability to work under pressure and respond quickly to technical issues.
