We are seeking a highly competent Manager with strong mastery in marketing, sales, and product design, as well as proven leadership and people management skills, to drive customer acquisition, savings growth, product development, and overall organizational performance within our structured thrift organization.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and execute marketing and sales strategies to grow customers and savings volume
Design, redesign, and improve thrift savings products based on market needs
Drive customer acquisition, conversion, and retention
Provide leadership and direction to all staff (marketers and operational teams)
Set targets, supervise teams, and drive performance across the organization
Identify market opportunities and translate them into viable products
Support overall organizational growth and performance.

Growth in customer base
Growth in savings volume
Adoption and performance of thrift products.

Proven experience in marketing and sales leadership

Experience in thrift, cooperative, microfinance, or related financial services is an advantage.
