Job Summary

• ExCare is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Pharmacologist to support the pharmacist in daily pharmacy operations.


• The role involves assisting with prescription preparation, inventory management, record keeping, and ensuring a clean, well-organised pharmacy environment.

Responsibilities

• Support the pharmacist in preparing and dispensing prescriptions accurately


• Receive, shelve, rotate, and routinely count medications and supplies to ensure proper inventory control and expiry management


• Maintain accurate daily sales records and support basic operational expense tracking with appropriate approvals


• Respond to customer enquiries and telephone calls, providing general information or directing calls as needed


• Ensure the pharmacy environment, shelves, and work areas are clean, organised, and compliant with operational standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Pharmacology, Biochemistry, or other science related field


• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills


• Good communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to work effectively in a team


• Working knowledge of MS Office


• Prior experience in a pharmacy or pharmaceutical setting is an advantage


• Should live in Opic, Berger and its environs
