The HR Manager will oversee recruitment, employee relations, and HR operations for a private security guard company, ensuring compliance with labor laws and effective manpower management.

• Recruit, screen and onboard security guards and staff


• Manage employee records, attendance, and payroll coordination


• Handle employee relations


• Ensure compliance with labor laws and security industry regulations


• Support training, deployment, and performance management


• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field


• Proven experience of at least 3 years in HR Management


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
