Job Responsibilities




  • We are seeking a qualified and experienced Administrative Officer to join our Port Harcourt office.

  • The ideal candidate must be organized, proactive, and skilled in administrative and digital communication tasks.

  • Provide general administrative and office support

  • Manage office records, documentation, and correspondence

  • Handle social media marketing and online brand engagement

  • Assist in coordinating office operations and staff activities

  • Perform basic IT and computer-related tasks

  • Support management with reports and daily operational tasks



Requirements




  • Education: BSc / HND in Business Administration, Management, or related field

  • Experience: 2–3 years relevant work experience



Skills:




  • Social Media Marketing and content handling

  • Strong computer and IT skills (MS Word, Excel, email, internet tools)

  • Good communication and organizational skills

  • Ability to multitask and work independently

  • Additional relevant certifications will be an added advantage.
