Haul247 is looking for a driven Business Development & Sales Manager to lead revenue growth through strategic client acquisition, market expansion, and high performing sales execution. This role is responsible for building strong B2B relationships, identifying new market opportunities, negotiating profitable deals, and ensuring monthly and annual revenue targets are consistently met. You will work closely with the Head of Growth, manage and coach a sales team, and use data driven insights to improve sales performance and client conversion.
What You’ll Do
Drive client acquisition and revenue growth across target markets
Develop and execute sales strategies to meet monthly and annual targets
Identify and convert high value clients through strong stakeholder engagement
Negotiate pricing while protecting margins
Prepare sales forecasts, reports, and presentations for leadership
Support proposal development and growth initiatives
Coach and manage team performance
What We’re Looking For
Strong B2B sales and revenue generation experience
Minimum of 8 years experience, with at least 3 years managing a team
Excellent client relationship and negotiation skills
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to use data to drive decisions
Advanced reporting and presentation skills
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Project management experience is an added advantage
