Responsibilities
Sales & Business Development
- Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.
- Conduct consultative sales conversations, from prospecting to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.
Client Relationship Management
- Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.
- Conduct regular business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities to grow key accounts.
Collaboration
- Work with Pre-Sales Engineers for solution scoping and tailored demonstrations.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Partner Operations to execute go-to-market plans.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or CX technology.
- Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Experience managing enterprise accounts across multiple countries is an advantage.
