Responsibilities



Sales & Business Development




  • Build and manage a robust pipeline of enterprise opportunities.

  • Conduct consultative sales conversations, from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly revenue targets.



Client Relationship Management




  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers.

  • Conduct regular business reviews to ensure satisfaction and identify upsell opportunities to grow key accounts.



Collaboration




  • Work with Pre-Sales Engineers for solution scoping and tailored demonstrations.

  • Collaborate with Marketing and Partner Operations to execute go-to-market plans.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

  • 3–5 years of B2B sales experience, ideally in SaaS or CX technology.

  • Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Experience managing enterprise accounts across multiple countries is an advantage.
