Responsibilities
Partner Enablement & Support
- Onboard new partners and ensure full understanding of RightCom solutions and sales processes.
- Design and execute partner training, certification, and performance monitoring programs.
Operational Excellence
- Coordinate partner agreements, incentive programs, and reporting cycles.
- Maintain accurate partner data and performance dashboards.
Collaboration
- Work with Marketing and Sales to co-develop campaigns and joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Serve as a key liaison between partners and internal teams for escalations or support needs.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
- 2–4 years of experience in partner/channel operations or sales coordination.
- Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho CRM, Zoho Bigin, etc).
- Analytical mindset with ability to track and report on partner performance.
