Key Responsibilities



Marketing Strategy & Execution




  • Develop and execute strategic marketing plans to increase visibility, drive occupancy, and grow revenue.

  • Supervise the online marketing executive in ensuring the resort’s online presence across website, social media, Google listings, OTAs, and paid advertising platforms are optimal.

  • Oversee campaign creation, implementation, and reporting across digital and offline channels.



Content Development




  • Create and supervise the production of compelling content (social media, blogs, email newsletters, promotional materials).

  • Ensure brand consistency across all communication channels.

  • Capture and/or coordinate production of visual content showcasing Ziba’s experiences, events, and facilities.



Brand, PR & Partnerships




  • Strengthen the resort’s brand identity and maintain updated brand guidelines.

  • Build and manage relationships with media outlets, influencers, and content creators.

  • Identify and develop strategic partnerships that increase visibility, group bookings, and corporate retreats.



Guest Engagement




  • Engage travel agents, and corporate partners.

  • Build promotional packages and event concepts that enhance guest appeal and seasonal demand.



Market Intelligence & Performance Management




  • Conduct market research to monitor trends, competitors, and emerging opportunities.

  • Track and analyze marketing performance using data-driven insights to optimize campaigns.

  • Manage the marketing budget and ensure cost-effective implementation of strategies.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

  • Proven experience in hospitality marketing, brand management, or a similar role.

  • Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media trends, SEO, paid ads, and analytics tools.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • Creative, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Strong leadership, planning, and organizational abilities.

  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
