• The Performance Marketing & Paid Ads Specialist is responsible for driving measurable results through paid advertising and performance optimization.


• This role focuses on managing and optimizing ads across Meta, Google, and TikTok, analyzing performance data, diagnosing issues, and improving conversion outcomes. 


• You will work closely with funnels and data to ensure traffic turns into results, using practical analytics and testing to improve performance.


• This role is for someone who thinks in numbers, understands funnels, and is accountable for outcomes not just activity.
