Responsibilities

• Providing high-level technical support and advice for employees, customers or individuals in need of assistance.


• Advising customers on the best and most effective ways to perform their farming operations.


• Use training, facilitation, coaching, accompaniment and mentoring practices to support customers.


• Understand proper use of social media in compelling and communicating with clients.


• Build enduring collaborative relationships with prospective and in-house customers.


• Interface with customers from different countries like Lebanese, Arabs and co.


• Technical visitations to farms and companies on technical matters


• Provide assistance and support to team members as needed.

Requirements

• First Degree in either Veterinary Studies or Animal Science


• A minimum of 2 years of work experience.


• Experience in animal (livestock) management


• Experience in sales or customer service


• Ability to multitask and deal with situations.
