Job Purpose

• To operate the company sales van and achieve agreed business targets through effective execution of sales, redistribution, and channel marketing activities within the assigned territory.

Experience & Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in field sales with proven KPI achievement


• Strong experience in Van Sales within the FMCG industry


• Proven ability to drive sales vans and deliver sales targets with minimal supervision


• Good knowledge of Warri routes and retail trade channels


• Strong communication and negotiation skills.

Compensation & Benefits

• N120,000 Gross Monthly Salary


• N120,000 Variable Pay


• N52,000 Conveyance Allowance (applicable to candidates not close to designated pick-up points).
