Job Summary




  • The Sales Executive is responsible for driving revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, managing client relationships, and achieving sales targets for the company’s furniture products



Key Responsibilities




  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in retail, corporate, and project markets.

  • Generate leads through cold calls, referrals, site visits, and networking.

  • Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective customers.

  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable furniture solutions.

  • Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and after-sales follow-ups.

  • Prepare sales orders and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Liaise with production, procurement, and logistics teams to track orders.

  • Follow up on delivery timelines and ensure customer satisfaction

  • Provide feedback to management on customer preferences and product demand.
