Job Summary
- The Facility Manager will oversee the effective management of the corporate office environment, ensuring that all facilities, systems, and support services operate efficiently, safely, and in line with organizational standards.
- The role focuses on creating a professional, secure, and productive workplace for employees and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the daily operations of the corporate office facilities, including workspace management, utilities, cleaning, security, and office support services
- Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance plans
- Coordinate and supervise external vendors, contractors, and service providers
- Conduct routine inspections of office premises and promptly resolve maintenance issues
- Manage facility budgets, track expenses, and implement cost-saving initiatives
- Oversee office space planning, seating arrangements, and office fit-out projects
- Support employee comfort and productivity by addressing facility-related concerns
- Maintain accurate records of contracts, assets, warranties, and maintenance logs
- Support business continuity and emergency response planning
Qualifications & Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in Facilities Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline
- Minimum of 3 years experience managing facilities in a corporate office environment-Experience managing vendors and service-level agreements (SLAs).
