The Kitchen Assistant will support kitchen operations by assisting chefs with food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring high hygiene standards in line with the resort’s hospitality requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with basic food preparation and ingredient handling
Maintain cleanliness of the kitchen, utensils, and equipment
Wash dishes, pots, and kitchen tools as required
Ensure proper storage of food items and supplies
Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
Support chefs and kitchen staff during busy service periods
Requirements
Minimum of SSCE qualification
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
Good hygiene practices and attention to cleanliness
Willingness to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Previous kitchen or hospitality experience is an advantage.
