About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and professional Legal Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide legal counsel, ensure compliance with statutory requirements, and represent the organization in legal matters.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years post-call experience in legal practice


• Strong knowledge of corporate and property law


• Excellent communication and negotiation skills


• Ability to work independently and as part of a team


• Membership of the Nigerian Bar Association (NBA)

Responsibilities

• Provide legal advice and guidance to management and staff


• Draft, review, and interpret contracts and agreements


• Represent the organization in court and arbitration


• Ensure compliance with statutory and regulatory obligations


• Handle disputes, negotiations, and settlements
