Responsibilities

• Oversee daily store operations and ensure smooth running of the outlet


• Manage and supervise sales staff schedules and performance


• Drive sales targets and improve customer experience


• Handle inventory control, stock taking, and replenishment


• Ensure proper merchandising and store presentation


• Prepare sales reports and manage cash handling


• Resolve customer complaints professionally

Requirements

• Candidates should possess an OND/HND/BSc in any relevant field with 2–3 years experience in retail or fashion store management


• Strong leadership and organizational skills


• Excellent communication and customer service skills


• Basic knowledge of POS systems and inventory management


• Ability to work flexible hours.
