• We are representing a leading Investment & Asset Management firm currently looking for a heavyweight Senior Business Development & Capital Formation Manager to lead investor growth across Africa, Europe, and the U.S.


• This isn't just a sales role; it’s a leadership position for someone who understands the nuances of fund structuring, SEC regulations, and building long-term institutional trust.

The Opportunity

• You will drive AUM expansion for a diverse, multi-sector portfolio including: Real Estate Development, Private Credit, Automotive Asset Financing.

Who We Are Looking For

• Credentials: MBA / MSc Degree in Finance preferred; CFA/CAIA is a massive plus.


• Experience: 8 - 10 years in Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Institutional Sales.


• Network: Active, "warm" relationships with Pension Funds, DFIs, and Family Offices.


• Expertise: Proven success in capital raising and a deep understanding of fund positioning.


• Status: SEC Sponsored Individual status is highly preferable.
