Job Summary 

• We are looking for a Technical Sales Specialist to join a leading player in the roofing and construction market.


• This is an onsite role for a strategic thinker who doesn't just "sell" products but provides technical solutions that build the future.

What You’ll Do

• Develop and execute aggressive sales strategies to dominate the roofing market.


• Build and maintain "iron-clad" relationships with Architects, Developers, and Contractors.


• Identify new business opportunities and lead market penetration initiatives.


• Translate technical product benefits into winning business proposals.

Who You Are

• Qualified: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.


• Experienced: Proven track record in sales/marketing specifically within roofing, building materials, or construction.


• Connected: You already have a "rolodex" of industry stakeholders and understand current market trends.


• Strategic: You can read a BOQ, interpret project needs, and negotiate like a pro.
