- We are seeking a smart and courteous Front Desk Officer to manage our reception area and serve as the first point of contact for visitors and clients.
- The ideal candidate must be well-spoken, organized, and professional.
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and attend to visitors professionally
- Answer and direct phone calls and inquiries
- Maintain visitors’ records and front desk logs
- Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence
- Provide basic information to parents/clients
- Maintain a clean and orderly reception area
- Support administrative tasks when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Minimum of HND, BSC
- Previous experience as a receptionist or front desk officer is an advantage
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Neat appearance and professional attitude
- Basic computer skills (MS Word, Excel, email)
- Ability to multitask and work under minimal supervision
Additional Skills (Added Advantage):
- Customer service experience
- Time management and organizational skills
- Friendly and calm personality.
