Responsibilities

• Carry out routine and preventive maintenance on facilities and equipment


• Respond promptly to maintenance faults and breakdowns at client sites


• Perform basic electrical, plumbing, mechanical, and carpentry repairs


• Inspect facilities regularly and report faults or safety issues


• Maintain HVAC systems, lighting, power supply, and water systems (where applicable)


• Ensure proper use and care of tools, equipment, and materials


• Follow health, safety, and environmental procedures at all times


• Keep accurate maintenance logs, job cards, and reports


• Support installation, replacement, and servicing of equipment


• Liaise with supervisors and external vendors when required


• Assist during emergencies such as power failures, leaks, or equipment breakdowns


• Ensure work areas are left clean and safe after maintenance activities.

Requirements

• Interested candidates should possess an HND / Bachelor's Degree in related field with relevant experience.
