Job Description

• You will lead the accounting function.


• You will ensure accurate financial reporting and strong financial control.


• You will support business growth through sound financial management.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage all accounting operations and reporting


• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements


• Oversee budgeting, cash flow, and forecasting


• Ensure tax, audit, and regulatory compliance


• Monitor project costs and profitability


• Strengthen financial controls and procedures


• Lead and mentor the accounts team.

Requirements

• BSc in Accounting, Finance, or related field


• Professional certification (ICAN, ACA, ACCA, or equivalent)


• Minimum 5 years experience as Head of Accounts


• Construction industry experience is an advantage


• Strong analytical and leadership skills


• High integrity and attention to detail.
