Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day facility management operations across assigned sites


• Ensure cleaning, janitorial, hygiene, and maintenance services meet company and client standards


• Supervise site supervisors, janitors, technicians, and other facility staff


• Conduct routine site inspections and quality assurance checks


• Manage client relationships and respond promptly to service issues or complaints


• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of buildings, equipment, and assets


• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations


• Prepare work schedules, duty rosters, and deployment plans for site staff


• Monitor inventory of cleaning materials, consumables, and equipment


• Liaise with procurement to ensure timely supply of materials


• Prepare operational reports, incident reports, and performance updates


• Support recruitment, onboarding, and training of facility staff


• Control operational costs and support budget implementation


• Ensure proper use and maintenance of company assets at sites.

Requirements

• Candidates should possess a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field with 5 - 10 years of relevant work experience.
