Job Description
A Human Resource Consulting Firm is presently sourcing for an *OFFICE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT* for immediate employment.
Duties
- Overseeing clerical tasks, such as sorting, sending mail, answer phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
- Keeping an inventory of office supplies and ordering new materials as needed.
- Organize and maintain files, create filing systems, and dispose of files.
- Create and maintain record keeping systems.
- Taking and delivering messages.
- Ensuring the office runs smoothly at all times.
- Scheduling meetings and sending meeting invites to attendees.
- Run official errands for the management.
- Perform other major task as assigned. Etc….
Skills:
- Perform multiple tasks, sometimes simultaneously.
- Pay close attention to detail.
- Effective communication skill.
- Strong knowledge of computer, printer and copier usage.
- Be organized and able to keep things in order.
- Strong problem solving skill.
Qualification: minimum of OND
Experience: 2-3 years
Salary: 100-120k + compensation and fringe benefits.
Location: LADIPO,Agege Motor Road,Lagos State.
