Job Summary
- OPPO Nigeria is seeking a proactive and people-oriented Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our growing team in Ogba.
- The ideal candidate will play a vital role in driving HR operations, fostering employee engagement, and ensuring alignment between HR strategies and business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the first point of contact for employee concerns and grievances, ensuring prompt and fair resolution in line with company policy and labor laws.
- Promote a positive, inclusive, and engaging workplace culture through effective communication and team initiatives.
- Facilitate performance management processes, including goal setting, appraisals, and development planning.
- Conduct onboarding and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
- Partner with management to develop and implement HR strategies that support business and sales objectives.
- Support daily HR operations and handle additional tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–2 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a fast-paced or structured environment.
- Strong understanding of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Must reside in or close to Ogba, Lagos.
