Job Summary
- The HR Executive will be primarily responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment for assigned roles across functions.
- The role requires hands-on sourcing experience, stakeholder coordination, and ownership of hiring closures, along with limited involvement in HR operations and onboarding.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Acquisition:
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for junior and mid-level positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring timelines.
- Source candidates through job portals, referrals, social media, and direct sourcing.
- Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates.
- Coordinate technical/managerial interviews and follow up for feedback.
- Drive offer rollouts, negotiation support, and closure of open positions.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, MIS reports, and hiring metrics (TAT, source effectiveness).
- Build and maintain a pipeline of active and passive candidates.
- Support job postings and employer branding initiatives on job portals and social platforms.
- Participate in job fairs, campus drives, and bulk hiring initiatives when required.
- Manage joining formalities, documentation, and induction coordination.
- Coordinate background verification and pre-employment checks.
- Support HR operations teams with employee data updates and reports.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- MBA / PGDM in Human Resources preferred.
- 3-4 years of hands-on experience in Talent Acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience hiring for multiple roles / functions is preferred.
Skills & Competencies:
- Strong sourcing and screening skills.
- Experience with job portals, ATS / HRMS, and social recruiting.
- Good understanding of interview processes and offer management.
- Strong communication, follow-up, and stakeholder management skills.
- Target-driven mindset with the ability to manage multiple open positions.
