Job Description




  • Initiate sales and marketing strategies that will lead to the company having effective footprint of its coolers and flasks brandsacross all the critical open and institutionalmarkets in Nigeria.

  • Prepare annual sales budgets and ensure implementation and achievement of set targets.

  • Source for new customers while managing old relationships and existing clients ensuring that the customers increase on regular basis.

  • Drive intelligence gathering for deeper knowledge of competitive activities and marketing strategies.

  • Define target markets and route to market strategies to ensure accelerated market share growth within a year.

  • Ensure reconciliation of customers’ accounts on regular basis.

  • Manage subordinates to achieve set sales and marketing goals

  • Set up key performance measurement matrix and indicators for Sales job functions and ensure planning, monitoring and appraisal of all sales personnel performance periodically.



Requirements & Qualifications




  • HND/B.Sc/BA.

  • Higher certifications and qualifications especially in sales and marketing is an advantage.

  • Knowledge of FMCG or plastic coolers and flaskmarket in Nigeria is required

  • Candidate must be currently working in a renowned plastic coolersmanufacturing company or an FMCG company as a Senior Sales Manager or National Sales Manager

  • Candidate must be passionate about Sales, Marketing,Business Development and Market Leadership

  • A minimum of 12 years sales work experience 8of which must be in management position.

  • Knowledge ofplastic coolers market and business dynamics is an advantage

  • Candidate must be prepared to operate from the factory headquarters in Onitsha but covering the entire business nationwide.

  • Ability to manage subordinates and coordinate sales is important.

  • They must be willing to undertake long trips to all parts of Nigeria.
