Job Summary




  • We are seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Center Assistant to support daily operations at our service center.

  • The ideal candidate will assist customers, manage service records, coordinate repairs, and ensure smooth workflow within the center.



Key Responsibilities




  • Attend to walk-in customers and respond to inquiries professionally.

  • Receive and document customer complaints or service requests accurately.

  • Maintain proper records of items received for service and repairs.

  • Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.

  • Follow up with customers regarding service status and completion.

  • Handle basic administrative duties including filing, data entry, and report preparation.

  • Ensure the service center is clean, organized, and welcoming.

  • Assist in inventory tracking of service parts and supplies.

  • Process payments and issue receipts where required.



Requirements




  • Minimum of OND / SSCE qualification.

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer service or administrative support (preferred).

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Basic computer literacy (MS Office and data entry skills).

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

  • Professional appearance and positive attitude.
