​​​​​Key Responsibilities




  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new lease financing business across various industry sectors

  • Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and individual clients requiring equipment, vehicle, and asset financing solutions

  • Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends in the leasing industry

  • Prepare compelling lease proposals, presentations, and financing packages tailored to client needs

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals

  • Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing from application to disbursement

  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals

  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums

  • Provide regular market intelligence reports and competitor analysis to management

  • Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in client acquisition activities

  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and transactions in the company's system.



Requirements




  • Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field

  • Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Financial Services (advantageous)

  • Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the financial services, leasing, or banking sector

  • Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.



Skills and Competencies:




  • Strong understanding of lease financing products, asset financing, and financial services

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills

  • Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships

  • Self-motivated with strong entrepreneurial drive and results orientation

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Excellent organizational and time management skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
