Job Description
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute marketing strategies to generate new lease financing business across various industry sectors
- Identify, prospect, and acquire new corporate and individual clients requiring equipment, vehicle, and asset financing solutions
- Conduct market research to identify emerging opportunities and competitive trends in the leasing industry
- Prepare compelling lease proposals, presentations, and financing packages tailored to client needs
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure repeat business and referrals
- Collaborate with the credit and operations teams to ensure smooth transaction processing from application to disbursement
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and revenue goals
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Provide regular market intelligence reports and competitor analysis to management
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and company policies in client acquisition activities
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, proposals, and transactions in the company's system.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or related field
- Professional certifications in Sales, Marketing, or Financial Services (advantageous)
- Minimum of 3 years proven experience in marketing, business development, or sales, preferably within the financial services, leasing, or banking sector
- Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
