Position Overview

• We are seeking a skilled, disciplined, and hands-on Wig Production Supervisor who is passionate about quality craftsmanship and team leadership.


• The ideal candidate is technically strong in wig construction or styling, detail-oriented, and capable of overseeing daily production operations while maintaining high standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Supervising daily wig production activities, ensuring efficiency and quality across all stages of construction and styling.


• Managing and guiding stylists and sewing technicians to meet daily and weekly production targets.


• Conducting quality control checks before wigs are approved for delivery or customer pickup.


• Monitoring production timelines to ensure orders are completed within agreed deadlines.


• Training and mentoring junior team members to improve skill level, speed, and consistency.


• Maintaining an organized and disciplined production environment.


• Collaborating with the operations team to manage inventory of materials and production supplies.

Preferred Experience & Skills

• Strong technical knowledge of wig sewing (machine and/or hand), closure/frontal installation, cutting, curling, and coloring.


• Prior supervisory or team leadership experience is an added advantage.


• Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality finishing.


• High level of discipline, punctuality, and accountability.
