Responsibilities




  • Type correspondence, documents & reports

  • Handle phone calls, emails and supervise access control

  • Provide administrative support including filing, photocopying and binding

  • Maintain accurate up-to-date filing system & records

  • Oversee daily office administration and manage inventory of supplies.

  • Manage vendors and service providers to ensure timely service delivery

  • Manage and maintain records, correspondence and documents

  • Coordinate schedules, appointments, and meetings

  • Prepare reports, presentations and other documents

  • Maintain office facilities and equipment

  • High professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion



Requirements




  • SSCE / OND / Diploma

  • 5 years of experience in a similar role

  • Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills

  • Excellent in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

  • Proficiency in document management systems

  • Effective at multitasking, time management and prioritization

  • Excellent interpersonal skills

  • Discretion and professionalism in handling sensitive information.

  • Experience in administration, office management, or executive assistance.
