Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage students within the hostel environment.


• Ensure discipline, welfare, safety, and general well-being of students.


• Monitor daily routines and enforce academy rules and regulations.


• Provide guidance, mentorship, and emotional support to students.


• Liaise with management on student welfare and related matters.

Required Qualifications & Experience

• Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Education, Social Sciences, Psychology, or related field.


• Minimum of 3 years’ experience in hostel administration, boarding school supervision, or similar role.


• Strong leadership, discipline management, and interpersonal skills.


• High level of integrity, patience, and emotional intelligence.


• Experience working with young people is highly essential.
