Responsibilities




  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the Academy.

  • Manage correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.

  • Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.

  • Support student records management and academic documentation.

  • Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.



Required Qualifications & Experience




  • Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline.

  • 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or secretarial role.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Strong communication and organizational skills.

  • Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
