Responsibilities
- Provide administrative and clerical support to the Academy.
- Manage correspondence, documentation, and record keeping.
- Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments.
- Support student records management and academic documentation.
- Serve as the first point of contact for visitors and inquiries.
Required Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum of OND/HND/B.Sc. in Business Administration, Office Management, or related discipline.
- 2–3 years’ experience in an administrative or secretarial role.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Professional appearance and good interpersonal skills.
