Job Summary

• As the Factory Operations Manager, you will oversee daily factory operations, drive production targets, and ensure operational discipline and cost efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily production flow and ensure output targets are achieved


• Supervise production teams and enforce operational standards


• Optimize material, manpower, and equipment utilization


• Monitor quality control and reduce operational waste


• Provide regular performance reports to management

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or Production Management


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in factory or production operations


• Strong leadership and team management skills


• Good understanding of manufacturing KPIs and cost control


• Must reside in Abuja or be willing to relocate.
