  • Lead end-to-end delivery of telecom projects and programs, ensuring scope, schedule, and budget adherence.

  • Manage multiple workstreams, coordinating cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, and business stakeholders.

  • Drive the implementation and integration of FTTH, telecom charging systems and related platforms, including Ericsson solutions.

  • Identify and mitigate risks, proactively resolving issues to prevent project delays.

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define project objectives, deliverables, and success metrics.

  • Oversee AI-enabled initiatives within telecom projects, ensuring alignment with business goals and industry standards.

  • Maintain comprehensive project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and dashboards.

  • Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to project teams, fostering a high-performance culture.

  • Ensure compliance with industry best practices, regulatory requirements, and  organizational standards.



Qualifications




  • Bachelor’s degree in Telecommunications, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field. 

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience managing large-scale telecom projects or programs. (Telecoms experience is mandatory).

  • Demonstrated experience with Ericsson platforms and telecom charging systems.

  • Proven knowledge of AI applications in telecom, digital transformation initiatives, or network automation.

  • Strong understanding of telecom operations, networks, and business processes.

  • Excellent project management skills, including planning, scheduling, budgeting, and reporting.

  • Professional certifications such as PMP, Prince2, or Agile Scrum Master is mandatory

  • Exceptional communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, complex environments and manage multiple priorities
