Job Summary

• As the Maintenance Manager, you will oversee factory equipment maintenance, minimize downtime, and ensure reliability of plant operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance schedules


• Oversee maintenance of machinery, utilities, and equipment


• Supervise maintenance teams and troubleshoot technical faults


• Maintain compliance with safety and regulatory standards


• Manage maintenance budgets and recommend plant improvements.

Requirements

• Degree or HND in Mechanical, Electrical, or Industrial Engineering


• Minimum of 5 years’ experience in industrial maintenance


• Strong knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems


• Experience managing technical teams


• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
