Job Summary

• As the Factory Planner, you will develop production schedules, optimize inventory levels, and coordinate manufacturing activities to improve operational efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop daily, weekly, and monthly production plans aligned with sales forecasts


• Monitor raw material availability and coordinate with procurement


• Optimize capacity utilization and reduce downtime


• Track production performance and generate operational reports


• Identify bottlenecks and implement process improvements

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field


• Minimum 5 years’ experience in production or factory planning


• Strong understanding of manufacturing processes and ERP systems


• Strong analytical and reporting skills


• Ability to meet deadlines under pressure.
