We are seeking qualified and experienced Registered Nurses to join our Call Center team as Call Center Representatives.
The ideal candidates will provide professional medical support, respond to client enquiries, and ensure excellent service delivery to our enrollees via phone and digital channels.
Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound and outbound calls from enrollees, providers, and stakeholders
Provide basic medical guidance and health-related information in line with IHMS protocols
Assist the Customer Support team in handling patient inquiries, guiding them on healthcare services, and ensuring prompt issue resolution.
Support the Providers Management team in coordinating with hospitals, clinics, and healthcare providers to ensure seamless service delivery.
Work with the Claims Department to review and process medical claims in line with company policies.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for customer interactions, provider engagements, and claims processing.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree (B.Sc.) or Diploma in Nursing from a recognized institution.
0-1 year post-qualification experience (call center or HMO experience is an added advantage)
Must have completed or be awaiting Nursing & Midwifery Council of Nigeria (NMCN) licensing.
Strong passion for healthcare services and administration.
Willingness to learn and work in a fast-paced corporate healthcare environment.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work collaboratively with different teams.
