As the Quality Control Officer, you will be responsible for ensuring that food production, hygiene standards, and service delivery meet internal quality benchmarks and regulatory requirements.
Responsibilities
Monitor food preparation processes to ensure compliance with quality and hygiene standards
Conduct routine inspections and document quality findings
Implement corrective actions to address non-compliance issues
Train and guide staff on quality control and food safety standards.
Requirements
Bachelor’s Degree in Food Science or a related field
Minimum of 3 years experience in quality control within food production or hospitality
Strong knowledge of HACCP and food safety regulations
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
