Key Responsibilities
Greet guests warmly and respond promptly to inquiries, requests, and complaints.
Provide accurate information about hotel services, facilities, rates, and promotions.
Handle guest concerns professionally and escalate complex issues to management when necessary.
Maintain clear and polite communication with guests via phone, email, and in person.
Coordinate with relevant departments (front office, housekeeping, maintenance, food & beverage) to resolve guest issues efficiently.
Maintain records of guest interactions, feedback, and complaints.
Ensure a high level of professionalism and hospitality at all times.
Follow hotel policies, procedures, and service standards.
Assist in improving customer experience by identifying recurring issues and suggesting solutions.
