Job Description
The Content & Marketing Associate will support MyJobMag’s content and marketing efforts by creating engaging written content, managing social media activities, and assisting with digital marketing initiatives.
This role is best suited for a motivated individual who wants hands-on experience and long-term growth.
Key Responsibilities
- Content Creation
- Write and edit content for the website, blog, newsletters, and other digital platforms
- Assist in creating job-related, career, and brand-focused content
- Ensure content aligns with MyJobMag’s tone, style, and objectives
- Social Media Management
- Create engaging posts for social media platforms (LinkedIn, Twitter/X, Instagram, etc.)
- Monitor social media trends and suggest content ideas
- Engage with followers, comments, and messages professionally
- Marketing Support
- Support digital marketing campaigns and promotions
- Assist with content planning and scheduling
- Help track content and campaign performance
- Growth & Learning
- Learn and apply basic SEO and content optimization practices
- Stay updated on digital marketing and social media trends
- Contribute ideas to improve brand visibility and engagement
Requirements
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Very active and confident on social media platforms
- Genuine interest in marketing, branding, and digital growth
- Creative, proactive, and willing to learn
- Basic understanding of content creation or marketing is an advantage (but not mandatory)
