Key Responsibilities




  • Respond promptly and professionally to enquiries via email, phone, and messaging platforms

  • Provide accurate information about courses, schedules, fees, and company policies

  • Handle student registrations, payments, and administrative documentation

  • Follow up with prospective clients and maintain customer records

  • Manage class scheduling and communicate updates to students

  • Address and resolve customer concerns in a professional and timely manner

  • Maintain confidentiality of student and company information

  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned



Requirements




  • First class or Second class upper in Business Administration, Communications, or related field

  • 1–3 years of experience in customer service or administrative roles (experience in education industry is an advantage)

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities

  • Professional, patient, and customer-focused attitude

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic administrative systems

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
