Job Description






We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable HR, Recruitment & Payroll Officer to manage employee attendance, performance tracking, salary calculations, and recruitment activities. The role is critical in ensuring accurate workforce records, fair performance monitoring, timely payroll processing, and supporting the hiring of qualified personnel to meet company staffing needs.



Key Responsibilities




  • Manage and monitor employee attendance records and timekeeping systems.

  • Track employee performance data and support performance evaluation processes.

  • Calculate monthly salaries, allowances, and deductions accurately and on time.

  • Maintain up-to-date employee records and HR documentation.

  • Support recruitment activities, including job posting, candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.

  • Assist in onboarding new employees and maintaining recruitment records.

  • Support HR operations and perform other administrative duties as assigned by management.



Requirements




  • Bachelor’s degree or HND in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.

  • At least one (8) year of experience in HR administration, payroll processing, or recruitment.

  • Strong numerical skills, attention to detail, and confidentiality in handling employee data.

  • Good understanding of recruitment processes and HR best practices.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
